Take A Look – WOW!

HAVE YOU SEEN THE NEW

2019 HOLIDAY CATALOG?

If you haven’t gotten your complimentary copy of the 2019 Holiday Catalog, contact me and I will get one out to you right away.  While you’re waiting for your own copy,  you can click on the image of the catalog below and view a digital version.

Where do I begin when it comes to describing this catalog?  Every year, I say something along these lines, but this year I just fell in love with one suite in particular, our Toile Tidings Suite (pages 6-9). It is such a classic and versatile suite.  It’s a large suite with all the necessary items to make beautiful Christmas cards, tags, gift wrap, and gift packaging.  There are two beautiful red rubber stamp sets in the suite (Toile Christmas Bundle & Tidings All Around Bundle) with coordinating dies for each stamp set First, I want to point out that the suite colors are traditional Christmas colors of Real Red and Garden Green.  The coordinating background color is Very Vanilla which adds a warmth to the DSP and matching wrapping paper.  I wanted to bring your attention to the ribbon in the suite. The Real Red Ruched ribbon is gorgeous.  It’s soft, and gently gathered on both edges to create a rich ruched look to help make your packages or projects look so elegant.  Then there’s the Garden Green Double Stitched ribbon.  It’s stitched on both edges making it perfect to tie tags onto packages while providing a classic elegant look.

CLICK THE COVER TO VIEW THE DIGITAL COPY OF THE CATALOG

I seem to gravitate to the beautiful Christmas products we have but I don’t want to forget the fun Halloween products we have this year, including the Coffin Treat Boxes and the adorable Monster Bash DSP in the Monster Bash Suite (pg 52-54).

Thanksgiving is a holiday I love to focus on because sometimes it gets kind of overlooked between Halloween and Christmas.  I’m really in love with the Come To Gather Suite (Pg. 46-48). I especially love the Come To Gather DSP and the Gather Together Bundle which of course includes the dies.  I love the rich colors of Fall and they’re all included in this suite. I think you’ll love it too.

DON’T HATE ME!

CHRISTMAS IS ONLY 154 DAYS AWAY!

That fact does not scare me! That fact does not scare me! That fact does not scare me! Does it count that I keep repeating it to myself (and to you) that it doesn’t really scare me???  Insert laugh until you cry emoji!!!

The reason it doesn’t  scare me even just a little bit, is because I don’t have to come up with any ideas on my own to make my family’s Christmas super special this year.  You see, yesterday we as demonstrators got a pdf copy of the 2019 HOLIDAY CATALOG.  You can check out the cover below.

My sister and I alternate having our family Christmas dinner at our house each year and this is my year. I’m so excited that I can start planning all my special touches with the help of this beautiful Holiday Catalog.

You may be asking when you can get your hands on a copy of the holiday catalog. I will be giving  those that attend my workshop on August 10 their own copy, or see it at my online store and start purchasing on September 1, 2019. If you can’t make it to the workshop, and would like one, please let me know BY JULY 31, 2019, and I will put you on my physical mailing list. I will also be giving them out at my September workshop which will be my CHRISTMAS WORKSHOP where you will be making Christmas projects.  More on the September Christmas Workshop in my next post.

CUSTOMER GALLERY

I’ve been asking you to send me some pictures of your work so that I can showcase and give you kudos here in my posts.  Below are just a few of my customer’s beautiful work.  Forgive me for not starting this section earlier.  I’m going to post your cards here each month.  You can send me your work anytime during the month and I will post them in the next month’s special “Customer Gallery” section.  I will also upload them onto my website as well.  Thank you for sharing your beautiful work!

Happy 4th of July everyone! ! I hope that you’re able to take some time out today from the BBQ’s, parties and festivities to reflect and understand what this day really means!  I’m so grateful that I live in the best country in the whole world. I’m free to speak and live my life the way I want.  For that I’m truly grateful and whatever your reasons are, I hope that you can celebrate them today. AND….. yes let us celebrate by having the BBQ’s, parties and most of all the festivities and fireworks!!!!

As promised I want to post 4 of the 5 projects we will be doing at the workshop next Saturday July 13.  I’m working on one more project that’s almost ready. Here are the details of the workshop:

PLACE: Annabelle’s Stamping Studio – 3300 Granada Circle, Brea

PLEASE RSVP BY: JULY 10. Even you’re not 100% sure that you can make it, please let me know that you are thinking about it.  I’d rather be prepared and make extra kits than to have to make kits at the last minute.  REMEMBER if you can’t make it to the workshop, but want the projects, you can buy the pre-prepped kits @ $3.50 each BUT I need to know your choices by July 10.  Thanks for your cooperation!

Please remember to bring your Stamping Workshop Kit. I provide everything you will need to make the projects (cardstock, DSP, embellishments, ribbon, ink pads, blocks, punches, scissors, paper cutter, bone folder, pierce mat, except adhesive.  We don’t use all these adhesives every time, but it’s a good idea to have them in your kit. This includes, Mono Multipurpose Liquid Glue (w/green lid), Snail, Dimensionals (large & small), Glue Dots, Tear & Tape, and Fine Tip Glue Pen. If it is your first time to my workshop, or are a new stamper and don’t have these items, I will provide them for you at no charge.

If you feel more comfortable using your own tools such as scissors, foam stamping mat, blocks, bone folder, tool picker, please feel free to bring them in your stamping kit. Makes sure you label all your personal items as things get mixed up as our creative juices get flowing.

Here are pictures of the projects I’ve planned for next Saturday:

This picture does absolutely no justice to this stunning card. Actually it’s one of the easiest card to make. I know it looks complicated but it’s really easy. I LOVE the color combination.

Product List – Pretty Peacock Card

This card won a contest at Amy’s Business meeting. Done by Diane Garvin, and so beautiful. It’s so soft and eye catching. Thank you Diane.

Product List – Birds on a Branch Card

I’ve always liked the contrast between these colors. This is another sample of a super easy card. With a few cuts, punches, and a stamp look what you can make. Love the DSP in the Bird Ballad suite.

Product List – Bird Friendship

Let’s step it up a bit. I get that this card looks like a lot of work, but technically it’s really the embossing folder and the birthday word die cut that makes it pop! Definitely not hard, it just take a little bit of patience, but certainly fun to make!

Product List – Magnolia Happy Birthday

Happy Birthday Workshop Recap – July Workshop

Recap!

June 22 Happy Birthday Workshop

We had such a wonderful time on Saturday at the June workshop.  I want to give a special shout out to Carol Rodriguez and Lani Razo who made my birthday extra special.  They brought a wonderful Nothing Bundt Cake, balloons and gifts.  I’m a very blessed girl and we all had such a fun time. Thank you all for such a fun day.  Here are a few pictures of the projects we made.

Loving this Piece of Cake stamp set. Doesn’t it make you want you to have a piece of cake? Super Cute!
A little unlikely combo. Sail Away DSP and the new Daisy Lane stamp set. Love it!

I shared photos of the other cards we made in the last post.  We really had a great time working with the new medium daisy punch (it’s super cute) and of course I love stripes and polka dots in the card above.  The Piece of Cake card above was also fun to make by adding the tag which could also be attached with removable tape so that the recipient can use the tag as a bookmark.

Here are some pictures of the bundt cake, balloons and my workshop birthday celebration:

Ha Ha, one day a year, It’s all about me!

Workshop & Shop

What’s more fun than going to a Workshop?

Shopping (obviously)!

Hello Stampers!

I’m hoping all mothers (I include mothers of fur babies, cuz you’re a mom to them too) had a very Happy Mother’s Day!  We had a wonderful time making some beautiful Mother’s Day cards at the April workshop.  See below.  May’s workshop will focus on Father’s Day and All Occasion projects. You don’t want to miss this workshop, and here’s why:

As you all know I moved last year and Annabelle’s Stamping Studio, got a new home.  Well it’s taken me all this time to get our home somewhat settled (still not done), so I started to focus on organizing and  cleaning out Annabelle’s Stamping Studio.  Some of you may not know that I have been selling and exclusively using Stampin’ Up! products for 25 years on June 30.  Well, let that sink in for a minute, 25 years!!!!!  That includes 25 years of stamp sets, paper, ink pads, ink refills, ribbon, tools, embellishments and everything imaginable that has anything to do with paper crafting and rubber stamping and general crafting.  Well I don’t think any home we would have moved to would fit everything that I have accumulated in 25 years.

Lucky for you, on the day of May’s workshop (May 25, 2019) I will be having a BLOW OUT sale on everything crafty! You will be able to buy vintage stamp sets, (Circa 1994-2018 some not opened), dies, ink pads with matching ink refills, DSP, card stock, pre-cut shaped card stock, tools, punches, Stampin’ Write Markers, die cutting machine (complete with alphabet dies), beautiful velum with matching DSP, scrapbooking supplies, scrapbooking kits, storage, pre-made projects (cards, boxes, gift packaging etc)  and MUCH MUCH MORE.  You don’t want to miss it.

Also at this sale I’m having a Closed Garage “Home Goods” Sale.  There are a lot of home decor and household items that I’m not able to use in this house.  I can’t have an open door garage sale, so I’m calling this sale a “Closed Garage “Home Goods” Sale.  The garage won’t be open, but our front door will be open leading to our garage that will be open for business! Items for sale in the “Home Goods” sale include mirrors, wall pictures, hangings, kitchen items, appliances, floral arrangements, plants, decorator lamps, area rugs, end/coffee table, library table, books, workout equipment, yoga equipment (mats, towels bag etc), workout bench with dumb bell weights and MUCH MUCH MORE.  Some items have never been used.

Come early, Stay late! Hope to see you all here.

APRIL WORKSHOP PHOTOS

I’m so glad this set “Piece of Cake” is being carried over to our new 2019-2020 catalog. It’s SO versatile and so easy to make a variety of cards for a whole lot of occasions. It’s bundled with the Cake Punch so no fussy cutting on this adorable card.

Didn’t I tell you that this set is so versatile? Piece of Cake is such a fun set to work with. I love our new colors on this card, Granny Apple Green and Gorgeous Grape.

Limes or lemons what ever you choose, you can use this stamp set. This is just such a fun card. Can be used for other types of cards as well.

I’m really going to miss this Bloom by Bloom set and the beautiful primary colors. I you love it, you can still get it until June 3, 2019.

This card looks complicated but it’s actually easy to put together. I think the layers throw people off, but with the word dies, you’re good to go!

Check out theses Last-Change Products. They will be gone after June 3, 2019

Changes, Changes, Changes

Changes – Price Increases

And Discontinuing Items

Hello Stampers! I wanted to share the list of our price changes that will take effect in our new 2019-2020 Annual Catalog beginning June 4, 2019.  The increases are small ranging from $0.25 to $1.00, which is good.  I think it would be a good idea if you would stock up on your basic necessities (paper, ink, things like that) and save some money.  Every little bit helps.

Also on Monday April 15 I’m going to post our Retiring List.  Every year I let you guys know ahead of time that our retiring items are on a first come first served basis.  Once the items are gone, they’re gone and Stampin’ Up! will not be replenishing their stock, so of course I encourage you to order what you see and want, as soon as possible.

To view Price Changes click the following link:

https://su-media.s3.amazonaws.com/media/catalogs/2019-2020%20Annual%20Catalog/Price%20Change%20Charts/03.25.19_AC_PRICE_CHANGE_US.pdf

Now for the big announcement! Stampin’ Up! is discontinuing our Big Shot die cutter and our Trimmer.  Stampin’ Up! is in the process of designing their own branded die cutter and trimmer.  This will eliminate a 3rd party supplier and will also eliminate backorders since we will get it directly from the manufacturer.  This will be ideal as the dies and embossing folders will be made custom to fit the die cutter and work perfectly together.  It will take a little time for that to happen, so we are not offering a die cutter or a trimmer in our new Annual Catalog.  Stampin’ Up! is redesigning the dies, and embossing folders to work with our new products. In the meantime, we will continue to use our tools as normal and look forward to all the new products.  If you have additional questions on any of these changes, let me know and I will happy to forward you additional information.

Pretty Spring Cards

And just like that…… It’s Easter!!! Well almost. You do have some time to make some beautiful cards and fun Easter gifts for the little ones.  I just love the Fable Friends set for some darling Easter cards.  Coupled with our beautiful Gingham Gala 6 x 6 DSP, you can come up with some amazing cards.  I want to thank Amy Combs for these beautiful projects we made at her retreat. When I saw how adorable this little bunny is (kind of reminds me of the Velveteen Rabbit) I knew that it would be a big hit when coupled with the Gingham paper.

The other cards in this post are the cards we made at the last workshop on March 30th.  We had such a good time as we do every workshop, but the ladies this time seemed to really like the “Fun Folds” cards and “out of the box” deigns.  Only 1 of the 5 cards is a traditional front open card.  Let me know what you think!

Here is the inside of the card above. It’s all in how you fold it!

I love this very easy card made with this bright DSP.  It’s so versatile.

How awesome is this black card?  The solid black makes the bright colors pop and makes for a beautiful card.

I’ve always loved Navy blue and bright green! I love the way this card perfectly blends together. You have geometric figures, checks, daisies, dots and a doily going on that’s what makes it so eye catching.

I love, love, love this trip fold card. You can make 2 out of 12 x 12 DSP. Again, it’s all in the fold.  Not difficult to make, but it looks difficult so it’s always a big hit.

Some of the DSP we used is Sale-a-Bration DSP so it is no longer available but the cards can be made with any DSP of your choice.  If you have any questions about availability on any stamp set or product, let me know and I’ll give you an update.

Mother’s Day Workshop

This month’s workshop theme will be Mother’s Day. We’re going to have so much fun working on making some amazing Mother’s Day Cards to give to a Mother in your life.  Did you notice I said a Mother in your life? That’s because not only do I make my wonderful Mother a nice card every year, I also like to send Mother’s Day cards to my dear friends who are mother’s themselves and also grandmothers.  What a wonderful way to show those you love on such a special day.

Show Your Love Workshop (1/19/19) Recap

Workshop Recap

In case you weren’t able to make it to the workshop on the 19th here are the projects we made.  We had so much fun.  I wanted to use a little more challenging bundles Forever Lovely and Meant To Be.  While these bundles are a little more challenging, they are meant to allow you to make some amazing projects. You just need to learn to use them one time and you’ll be hooked!

I took the most designs from our 2019 Occasions Catalog.  I wanted to make Valentine’s Day cards and incorporate all occasion cards as well.  I think I was able to do that.  Look at the beautiful colors and the great embellishments I used.  So delicate and pretty.

When I say that these bundles are challenging, that is true but only to a certain extent.  If you know how to properly use the Framelits, Thinlits and Edgelits, they’re pretty easy to use. Take a close look at these projects and let me know if you need help using the bundles.  Once you have made your own projects with them, send them to me and I will post them on my Blog.

This beautiful Happy Birthday card was so easy to make.  I used the Forever Lovely stamp set for the flowers in the middle and the Happy Birthday word stamp from All That You Are set.  I accented it with All My Love DSP, All My Love Ribbon and the leaves and sprigs were die cut out of the Lovely Flowers Edgelits Dies in Soft Sea Foam card stock. I colored the epoxy accents with the Lovely Lipstick Blends pen. I used Whisper White card stock and Flirty Flamingo card stock which made the card pop!

This card is featured in our Occasions Catalog on page 3.  I liked it so much I didn’t have to change it much.  I need so many birthday card and this one especially is so pretty with all the different colors.  I used the All That You Are stamp set and the matching Frosted Bouquet Framelits Dies to cut out the flowers. I used our new color Balmy Blue card stock as well as Balmy Blue ink.  I love that color.  It’s such a perfect blue and so versatile.  I made the ribbon with Night of Navy medium Bakers Twine. Did you notice the Vellum? It’s kind of subtle but adds such a nice accent.  This one was a big hit at the workshop.

How pretty and elegant is this card? While I have to admit this card need a little TLC while lining up the corner dies, the end result is so pretty. I again used the Forever Lovely Bundle for stamps and Edgelits but I kept the continunity of the card with the All My Love DSP, All My Love ribbon and All My Love cardstock. I especially like the rose on the top left of the center piece of the card.  It’s an Edgelits Die what you put on the corner and it cuts around it and the end result is the rose ends up being a part of the card.  How cool is that?  It’s very easy and so pretty.  I love it.

This card is also featured in the Occasions Catalog on page 4 along with the card above.  Again, I used the Forever Lovely Bundle and all the All My Love Suite of product.  I used Lovely Lipstick color for the roses and dauber technique behind the die cut flowers.  Did you notice how the Edgelits not only cut out the flowers but it also embosses on the edges.  So unique and pretty.  I love the versatility of the All My Love DSP.  I used it on each of these cards and didn’t have to duplicate any of the paper.  One of my new favorite colors is Granny Apple Green, which I used on the leaves.  Soft Sea Foam is a keeper color.  It’s so pretty and unique and not over powering at all.  It adds just the right touch of color with the sprigs. A little secret, I’m giving this one to my husband for Valentine’s Day. I’m not giving anything away as I know he’s on my mailing list for my Blog, but I know he doesn’t read the entire post! Ha!

This last card was super easy yet I think it looks like it’s super fussy.  I use the amazing new Lace Dynamic TIEF.  I didn’t even spray it with water before I ran it thought the Big Shot, and look at the dynamic impression it made.  On this card I used the Meant To Be Bundle.  The big take away from this bundle are these cool Framelits Dies.  Not only are they hearts but there are a few stitched hearts and bunched hearts and hearts, hearts, hearts! There are 16 dies total in the set and they can be used to make a variety of cards, not only Valentine’s Day cards.  You can get really creative with this bundle.  I used Calypso Coral and our new Grapefruit Grove cardstock to put this card together.  I added a pop of color with the yellow (Daffodil Delight) rose. I used the Calypso Coral Blends to color the clear epoxy accents.

SHOW YOUR LOVE – WORKSHOP

FIRST WORKSHOP OF 2019!

Can you believe it’s already 2019? It’s crazy! Well we must start the New Year out right by gathering for our very first stamping and paper crafting workshop.  I want to share a little bit about what we’re going to go over at the workshop and what we’ll be working on.  First, I want to welcome my first recruit of 2019! Darshana Patel.  Some of you know Darsh from past workshops. She told me she’s had a real desire to be a hobby demonstrator for a while and finally decided to take the plunge.  Join me in welcoming Darsh.  Hopefully she’ll be able to make it to the workshops in 2019.

The next big announcement is the all new 2019 Occasions Catalog and our annual Sale-a-Bration promotion! Everyone who attends the workshop on January 19, will get their copies of each catalog.  If you can’t make it to the workshop, please contact me and I will get you your copies right away. The Occasions Catalog runs from January 3, 2019 to June 30, 2019.  Sale-a-Bration runs from January 3, 2019 to March 31, 2019. The highlight of the two is of course Sale-a-Bration.  Why? Because you earn FREE product and you can earn in 3 different ways. 1) For every $50 you spend (retail w/o s&t) you earn free product from the Sale-a-Bration Brochure. 2) When you Host your own workshop ($150 or more) you earn your hostess dollars AND Sale-a-Bration product as well. 3) When you Join My Team you earn $50 more product in your kit. Another great thing is, we now have 2 levels to give you more choices. The selection this year is versatile and Stampin’ Up! has given us a greater variety to choose from. Don’t miss out on this annual promotion, you won’t be disappointed. Visit my website through this post and you can see the catalogs online!

“Giving Thanks and Celebrate” – November Workshop

NOVEMBER “GIVING THANKS AND CELEBRATE” WORKSHOP

It’s hard to believe that the Holidays creeped up on us so fast again this year.  Seems like it was just a short time ago we were still in summer mode. Even though the Season to celebrate is almost upon us we still have a little bit of time to create the things that we want to for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. But before we jump into full holiday mode, I want to prepare you for Sale-a-Bration and the all new 2019 Occasions Catalog! Now that’s hard to believe! Not only the holidays, but a whole new year is upon us.  I’m so excited for Sale-a-Bration and the Occasions catalog as I am every year.  In fact, I’m writing this post on the plane on my way to Orlando, FL for Stampin’ Up!’s 30 Anniversary and Birthday party!!!  My good friend from High School and College is one of my downline demonstrators and is with me on this trip.  She doesn’t know how much fun she’s going to have.  I’m so excited because this is the first year I’ll be able to attend CenterStage. CenterStage is an event exclusive to those who hold the title Silver Elite and above. This year it’s a special event at Epcot Center on Wednesday November 7. Since I’ve never been to a CenterStage, I don’t know what all is involved, but I do know it’s an extra special event where we get treated to some awesome perks. I’ll let you know all about it in my next post. I want to thank each and every one of my recruits for making this possible for me. I appreciate all that you do and the support you have given me these past couple of years. One thing I do know for sure is that all of us attending OnStage will get the new Occasions Catalog and the Sale-a-Bration Brochure.

I’m back from OnStage! It was SO much fun.  I came home with 7 new stamp sets and lots of other product as well.  It was a great time had by all!

With that being said, I’d like to give you all the details on the next “Giving Thanks and Celebrate” Workshop, which will include 2 Christmas cards and 1 Holiday gift packaging project and 2 All Occasion cards:

If you do bring your own items, please label them clearly so that they don’t mixed up with mine and other people’s items. The following adhesives should be in your kit as well as I don’t provide them.  We may not use them at every session but it’s good to have them in your Stamping Workshop Kit; Snail, Fast Fuse, Dimensionals (small and large), Multipurpose glue (white bottle with the green lid), tape runner.

March Stamping Madness Workshop

You’re Invited to

March Stamping Madness Workshop

Hello Stampers and Crafters:

Wow how this past month has flown by.  Every year in January the month seems to go by rather slowly for me.  I know it’s a long month and all, but the minute the end of the January rolls around, all of a sudden it’s March!  Where does February go? Once Valentine’s Day is over it seems like time just picks up speed and doesn’t stop!  Here it is already almost the middle of March, well not really but by the time the next workshop comes around it will be past the middle of March.

I want to personally invite you to join us as we gather together and start to make our Spring cards, Easter Cards and get a head start on ideas for Mother’s Day cards.

New Sale-a-Bration Items

New Sale-a-Bration Items

See the New Sale-a-Bration Items

Here!

Beginning Friday February 16, Stampin’ Up! is releasing some new free items to choose from during Sale-a-Bration (February 16 – March 31, 2018).  We still have a lot of time left to earn all of the great products we have to choose from, but now we have even more to choose from.

I’m posting the new Sale-a-Bration Brochure so you can start your wish list.  Stampin’ Up! is offering 2 items in Level 1 category (free w/$50 purchase) and they’ve added a set of 2 items for Level 2 (free w/$100 purchase).

All the choices in this release are so nice.  I love the Eclectic Expressions stamp set (Level 1 category), I also love the Springtime Foils Speciality DSP (Level 1 category)  and I’m really loving the Blossoming Basket Bundle in the Level 2 category.  Check out the brochure for the great ideas they’ve come up with using these products.  Of course I want them all!

What I like about the samples that they show in the brochure is that they’ve used some product from the first release items and paired them with some of the product from this brochure to make some really cool items.  I think my favorite item in this brochure is the Basket Weave Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  It is so cool looking and adds so much dimension to any project.  Do you remember what “Dynamic” means when we’re talking about our TIEF’s? It means that you can spritz your card stock with a little water and then run it through your Big Shot and it will give you a really deep and “Dynamic” impression.  It really does add lot of texture and personality to your project. Earn your free Basket Weave Dynamic TIEF today!

Submit your work using our Sale-a-Bration products and I’ll post them in the Sale-a-Bration section of my website under Customer Creations. I hope you’re all having fun with these great products, and don’t forget to tell everyone!

Sale-a-Bration Brochure

Wait, What??? Can it be Fall already?

It’s the most wonderful time of the year!
I LOVE Fall!  There I said it!  I love the crisp air, I love the colors of the season (even if we don’t get a great change in CA), I love that it’s not yet time for a heavy coat, I love the comfort foods, I love the chance to make and try some Fall flavored coffee and drinks, I love that students are back in school which makes vacations sites less crowded, and lastly I like that things have slowed down a bit before the rush of the Holiday Season, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years is not quite yet upon us.

Along with all of the above things I love about Fall, I also love the fact that during this time I can re-group and spend a little more time stamping and creating.

I’ve been playing around with my September Paper Pumpkin kit and here are two fun cards that I came up with:
For this first card I’ve added our Burlap Ribbon to the card.  I think it makes a cute backdrop for the greeting. I like the layering of they different types of leaves for the focal point for this card.  I didn’t think that Cajun Craze over Blushing Bride ink pad colors would be such a great combination of colors for this Fall card.  Look at the cute Crushed Curry clothes pins and the metallic copper bakers twine.  The artists for Paper Pumpkin really come up with some very unique embellishments.
For this card I used the Petal Burst TIEF (Textured Impressions Embossing Folder) to create the background and I think it looks so cool and it’s so easy to do with the TIEF.  I added the enamel dots to the greeting to make it look like it’s attached with brads. This is one set of stamps that I’m going to use a lot after the Paper Pumpkin kit is finished.

What is Naturally Eclectic?

Get creative with the

 Naturally Eclectic Suite

A beautiful variety of bright colors and bold textures

When I first saw this Suite (pg 132-133) of course I fell in love with it.  When I saw the beautiful samples on the front of the catalog, I had to buy the set and make them.  I love the colors and the whole style of the set.  The DSP is just beautiful.  It coordinates with so many colors. The patterns include shapes like jewels, elongated drops of colors, arrows, watercolor stripes, flowers and more. Just like it’s name, Eclectic! You have to buy the bundle so that you can get the matching Thinlits. The thinlits set includes 13 cutting frames.  And if you note, one of the leaf thinlits also scores/embosses around the leaves.  So cool.
Take a look at my attempt to CASE (copy and share everything) 2 of the samples from the front of the catalog. For the second card I didn’t have the same ribbon that they used so I used Lemon Lime Twist 1/2″ finely woven ribbon and actually I like it better. There is so much more to do with this set so I’m looking forward to working with it and seeing what I can come up with. Once you buy this bundle, please send me the pictures of your works of art and I’ll post your cards or projects.

 Soft Sayings All-Inclusive Card Kit
I really do love this kit.  I love the variety of colors in the kit.  For example, Lemon Lime Twist with Basic Gray and Berry Burst with Basic Gray and Powder Pink with Tranquil Tide.  I also like the gold glimmer paper that adds a pop of shimmer, and it’s so easy to make.

We will be making this kit at the workshop this weekend but if you didn’t sign up for the workshop, the kit is available for you to purchase and you can make the cards on your own.  What is great about this kit and all of our kits, you can create our own designs from the supplies in the kit or follow the suggested designs that come with complete color instructions. Be creative with the kit and go for it. You can also buy the refill kit which includes everything except the stamp set and the ink. You get all the same fun die cuts, and embellishments to make something wonderful!

The kit comes with 3 sized cards with matching envelopes.  Shown here is the small note card in Lemon Lime Twist and Basic Gray
This is the medium sized notecard.  It’s made with Lemon Lime Twist and Tranquil Tide.  I love the die cut trellis embellishment.  Notice the matching envelope flap.
