FALL IS IN THE AIR

I love the crisp smell of the air just before the official first day of Fall, along with the colors of the Season. I wish Fall would last a little longer. Here in Southern California, we don’t experience much of Fall, so I try to soak it all in for as long as I can.

There is so much to look forward to as we make this turn from Summer to Fall and from SIP to FAL (free at last)! I’m SO excited go to a restaurant for lunch or dinner with family and friends, I’m also ready to go shopping and can’t wait to go to a movie (ok so that might be a while longer), But the absolute icing on the cake, and by far the most exciting business to open up is my hair salon!! Let’s just hope they don’t get closed down again.

We had so much fun making these cards featuring the Flowers for all Seasons suite, the In Good Taste Suite and one of my all time favorites, Daisy Lane and of course Boho Indigo. I love Boho Indigo so much, we’re using it again this month. We really did have a fun time at the workshop. Check out the details for September’s workshop. Don’t miss out.

I really love this Boho Indigo Suite. Using it with this fun fold card makes for a great card.

What a simple card, yet so catchy. I used the Subtle embossing folder with early espresso to create the background. I learned it from Amy Combs. It’s so cool looking.

I love love love this In Good Taste Suite!. The DSP is so amazing.

What can I say about sunflowers? I love them because just like the name they bring sunshine into the room. That’s what this card does. It’s made with the Flowers for Every Season Suite

I’m hoping all mothers (I include mothers of fur babies, cuz you’re a mom to them too) had a very Happy Mother’s Day! We had a wonderful time making some beautiful Mother’s Day cards at the April workshop. See below. May’s workshop will focus on Father’s Day and All Occasion projects. You don’t want to miss this workshop, and here’s why:

As you all know I moved last year and Annabelle’s Stamping Studio, got a new home. Well it’s taken me all this time to get our home somewhat settled (still not done), so I started to focus on organizing and cleaning out Annabelle’s Stamping Studio. Some of you may not know that I have been selling and exclusively using Stampin’ Up! products for 25 years on June 30. Well, let that sink in for a minute, 25 years!!!!! That includes 25 years of stamp sets, paper, ink pads, ink refills, ribbon, tools, embellishments and everything imaginable that has anything to do with paper crafting and rubber stamping and general crafting. Well I don’t think any home we would have moved to would fit everything that I have accumulated in 25 years.

Lucky for you, on the day of May’s workshop (May 25, 2019) I will be having a BLOW OUT sale on everything crafty! You will be able to buy vintage stamp sets, (Circa 1994-2018 some not opened), dies, ink pads with matching ink refills, DSP, card stock, pre-cut shaped card stock, tools, punches, Stampin’ Write Markers, die cutting machine (complete with alphabet dies), beautiful velum with matching DSP, scrapbooking supplies, scrapbooking kits, storage, pre-made projects (cards, boxes, gift packaging etc) and MUCH MUCH MORE. APRIL WORKSHOP PHOTOS

I’m so glad this set “Piece of Cake” is being carried over to our new 2019-2020 catalog. It’s SO versatile and so easy to make a variety of cards for a whole lot of occasions. It’s bundled with the Cake Punch so no fussy cutting on this adorable card.

Didn’t I tell you that this set is so versatile? Piece of Cake is such a fun set to work with. I love our new colors on this card, Granny Apple Green and Gorgeous Grape.

Limes or lemons what ever you choose, you can use this stamp set. This is just such a fun card. Can be used for other types of cards as well.

I’m really going to miss this Bloom by Bloom set and the beautiful primary colors. I you love it, you can still get it until June 3, 2019.

This card looks complicated but it’s actually easy to put together. I think the layers throw people off, but with the word dies, you’re good to go!

ANNABELLE’S STAMPING STUDIO’S FIRST

PAPER PUMPKIN WORKSHOP

On Saturday December 1, I had my very first Paper Pumpkin workshop. It was a lot like our Paper Pumpkin Club but different on several levels. First the Hostess Darshana Patel received all the Hostess Benefits, as she hosted it in her home and provided all the food, friends, family and fun. Each person had their own Paper Pumpkin kit to work on. It was so much fun seeing everyone’s personality coming out in each of their creations. We had door prizes and amazing food and snacks and had an amazing time. Darshana had such a wonderful time that we’ve already booked it for the first Saturday in December from here on out. It really put us on in the Holiday spirit!

Stampin’ Up!’s new Annual Catalog (2017-2018) is ready to launch on June 1. We need to make room for all the new items we have in store for you, so I’m having a Retirement Party Workshop for all the items that will not be featured in the new catalog. It’s always sad to say goodbye to our favorites, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use your old products for many years to come, it just means that you will be able to get all those sets and products that you were holding off on buying, AND some of them will be up to 50% off. How great is that? Some items have sold out as the sale is goes through May 31 or “While Supplies Last”.
